  Find someone else, period. We adopted our dog essentially from them, long story but... I was told the dog had been their patient from day 1. At about 14.5 years she started having seizures and could not walk. She was scared to death, and confused. On calling I had to leave a message as nobody answered the phone (during business hours). I waited, waited, and waited. No call back. So I called again and this time someone answered. I apprised them of the situation. I added the fact that she has NEVER liked to be lifted and getting her to them would probably not be possible and would be a heck of an ordeal, but most importantly a heck of a trauma on her. Could someone please come out, her time had probably come. Nope Dr. won't come out since she's being aggressive. Huh? Thanks. Your patient for 14.5 years and when she needs you apparently it's too much trouble. Never once have I had to ask a vet for this, but when I/she need some understanding and compassion it's nowhere to be found. Sorry Dr. I could have called an in-home euthanasia specialist but I wanted her to be with someone she was comfortable with. The same reason we always brought her back to you in the first place since you were not our normal vet.

  I can't speak to the Vets that are here but Kristi Hood, Practice Manager (lol) publicly humiliated me and berated me on social media over the death of my dog because I have a Gofundme page trying to get some help with Sylvia's death. I'm very sad over the unprofessionalism especially when I never went to Holly Tree. Very shameful person.
