- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When asked to change doctors in their practice, I was told I couldn't do it. Also, my teenage daughter called to say she was going to be 15 min late because of a flat tire, they told her to reschedule. They let her reschedule but then sent her a letter saying she was dismissed as a patient because that visit plus some from last year was rescheduled and it went over their limit. They never told her that her rescheduled appointment wasn't going to be kept and the appt came before the letter. When I spoke to the office supervisor about the way it was handled, the supervisor was rude. I was a patient also and I am changing doctors also. They believe it's ok to make you wait, but not them.September 25, 2017by David Hamby
